Worry is a continuous pattern of ineffective thought. Worrying is unresolved thought that leaves you unproductive. Your worry prevents you from acting, because when you are worrying, you miss the opportunities that you would see if you were not so focused on your fear. If you ever watched a dog chasing it’s tail, then you can understand how worrying is an endless cycle. Worrying will not bring you a single token of resolve, it’s fruitless, worrying takes you out.

Stop looking at your circumstances as if they are going to overcome you. It’s not what is happening to you, change your mindset and look beyond your worry, it’s what is happening for you! Get an awareness for the things that are going on beyond your circumstances and your worry. Stop allowing your fearful thoughts to keep your focus centered on the negative aspects, let go of your doubt. Doubt your doubts, doubt your fears, and make a decision to believe in a manifestation of Gods power in your life. Start looking for God in the midst of your life, start looking for God in the midst of your circumstances, start looking for what God is doing. The very thing that is blocking your breakthrough is your fear, let go and let God arise! I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. (Psalm 32:8).

Change your frequency, stop thinking the worst, and stop fearing the worst. The worry battle is in your mind, stop allowing the fear to rule your mindset and start trusting in what God says. For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11). God has a plan at work and you need to let go of your worry, so you can obtain the blessing that He has for you. He is going to bring you through, you only need to put your trust in Him. Look for God in the midst of your ordeal, seek Him out in all you are doing, pray to God and ask for direction. Drop your inefficient thought patterns and seek the peace of God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7).

Believe in a manifestation of the divine supernatural presence of God. Get an understanding, in the depths of your soul, that God is leading you into something for your good and His glory. In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. (Proverbs 16:9). God has lit the path ahead of you, He has you covered from behind and before, His everlasting arms are underneath you. You only need to follow Him to arrive at your blessing, faith it until you make it! Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Ask yourself this question, What am I believing for? Are you believing for calamity? What good can that possibly bring about for you? If we argue for our limitations we get to keep them, why be limited by unfavorable thoughts? Think back in your past and see how you have come thus far. "Remember the former things long past, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it. (Isaiah 46:9-11). God said it; that’s it, He will do it! You can depend on Him, stop allowing your doubts and fears to rule over you. Start allowing your soul to rest knowing that God is in control, that He will not leave you or forsake you. The thing that is happening is going to turn out far better than you previously thought, it’s so good it’s got to be God!

To overcome your anxiety, your doubts, your fears, and your worry you need to rest in Gods reassurance. When you come to this place of trust, you will start looking with expectations of increase. Your own self awareness will dissolve when you start looking to be in alignment with the purpose that God has called you for. Become more outwardly aware of the God incidences that are occurring in your life, get a wider focus, pay better attention to your surroundings, look for the messages that God is supplying you. Seek out God, ask for His wisdom, spend time in His word, especially the book of Psalms in seasons of difficulty. The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, Because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3).

Do not seek out worldly opinions, you will only obtain worldly answers. The bible says not to be conformed by the ways of this world, (that includes the thinking mannerisms), but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. That renewal comes from the word of God, faith comes by hearing, how are you going to be at peace if you do not listen? Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. (John 14:27).
